On September 18, KEF took part in a very fun and unique evening in Merida, Mexico, that was designed to excite all the senses. The event took place at Kuuk, an experience restaurant specializing in molecular cuisine. Kuuk is consistently voted one of the top restaurants in the Yucatan, and all of Mexico, and Food and Wine Magazine named it one its "100 restaurants worth a pilgrimage."
