The Coda range returned in 2001 with three models to offer audiophile performance and superior real wood cabinet finishes at affordable prices.

 

Coda 70 was directly derived from the hugely successful Coda 7 – sharing the elegantly simple two-way format of 130mm (5.25”) bass midrange unit and 25mm tweeter (with a new aluminium dome) in a well-tuned reflex ported enclosure. The two drive units and port flare were incorporated into an attractive and acoustically inert single aluminium chassis. The floor standing Coda 90 offered enhanced bass performance with the addition of a built-in 165mm (6.5”) sub-bass driver in a three–way format. Coda 80, the matching centre speaker, offered an elegant aspect that fitted neatly around any TV screen, as a result of the smaller 100mm long throw bass/midrange drivers. All models featured twin input terminals for bi-wiring or bi-amplification.
